In my business I am a sensuality coach. Working with women, to feel beautiful and powerful in their core of their being. And part of that includes self love practices.
A couple of years ago on Valentine’s Day evening I was single (and still am today) I lit red and pink rose smelling candles, drew a bath with wonderful chocolate bubble bath flavour. It also worked as a body wash and shampoo. I had some beautiful and sensual music playing while I was in the bath. It was a beautiful evening feeling beautiful, loved, and supported.
